Did you know that the current generation of young people is the most photographed generation ever? With excellent cameras built right into our phones, it is easier than ever to take pictures whenever and wherever we like. But it is estimated that only 1 in every 100,000 of these pictures is ever actually printed. That's an astonishingly small percentage! And that's the reason that experts predict that this most-photographed generation will have almost no pictures of themselves in 20 years. With rapid changes in technology, today's digital images may not be able to be viewed or accessed in the next decade or two. Flash drives are frequently misplaced, and digital data is easily corrupted and lost. We risk leaving our children with no physical prints or photo albums to enjoy and to pass on to the next generation.
This is why I am passionate about getting prints and other tangible items into the hands of my clients and their families. While I still offer digital products, my goal is for every client to have keepsakes that they can hold and treasure for years to come.
Throughout my many years as a professional portrait photographer, I have noticed that most of my clients fall into one of three areas when it comes to the products they are looking for. People in the first group are primarily interested in using their portraits to adorn the walls of their home. For this group I offer my Wall Art Cluster Collections. The second group likes the idea of a classic, heirloom photo album to hold all of their precious images in one treasured book. For that group I have curated three Fine Art Album Collections. The third group of clients tends to want something a little different, something that not everyone else has. Something a bit non-traditional, but still elegant and appealing. For this group I offer my brand-new Folio Box Collections.
